He is a Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) who is responsible for training and coaching leaders, change agents, consultants, and team members to drive a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale.

As a thought leader, Wale has become a trusted voice for professionals, business leaders, non-for-profit organizations, and leaders from all walks of life. He is an authority on leadership. He has studied many successful leaders throughout history and teaches his expertise with passion.

Since 2006, he has written 6 books translated into multiple languages, including First Steps to Leadership and Just Jump. He has appeared on Fox, NBC, CBS, and ABC. As a speaker, he inspires audiences with real-life stories, timeless principles, and practical steps for them to live out what they learn. His coaching system is based on years of experience and research.
